A brand that embodies wellness as a lifestyle and sole purpose is to deepen the imperative bond between humans and nature through unique sauna experiences.

We are wellness enthusiasts applying our diverse knowledge, ideas and resources to confront the need for radical societal healing. For all who realize that nurturing the health of our land, the vitality of our souls, and the resilience of our minds and bodies are inseparable.

SMUGGLERS NOTCH

Welcome to Savu in the Green Mountains. Our Smuggler’s site is remote and tucked away with sweeping views of Smuggler’s Notch and Mount Mansfield.

Facilities Include:

  • 1 private sauna

  • Outdoor relaxation area with fire pit

  • Changing room & bathroom

  • Bucket Cold Plunge (closed winter months)

LAKESIDE

Welcome to Savu Lakeside, our urban sauna pop-up on the shores of Lake Champlain. Our private saunas let the outdoors in and allow for an intimate connection with yourself and the natural world around you.

Facilities Include:

  • 2 saunas

  • Outdoor relaxation area

  • Changing rooms & bathroom

  • Shower (closed during winter months)

  • Cold Plunge (closed during winter months)

    (Robes, towels, & aromatherapy available for an additional charge)

MADBUSH FALLS

Welcome to Savu at Madbush Falls, our newest SAVU location tucked in the Mad River Valley. This gorgeous location offers a waterfall plunge steps away from the saunas. Come forest bathe and waterfall gaze.

Facilities Include:

  • 2 saunas

  • Outdoor relaxation area

  • Changing rooms & bathroom

  • Waterfall plunge & river access

  • Restaurant & bar (starting at 4pm)

    (Robes, towels, & aromatherapy available for an additional charge)

For the sauna lover and SAVU regular! We have two discounted sauna packages available. When purchased, you will receive a code that can be put towards sauna sessions. Code includes two people for each session and never expires.

  • 3 Sessions: Redeemable for 3 one hour sauna sessions for two people. Never expires & redeemable at either location.

  • 10 Sessions: Redeemable for 10 one hour sauna sessions for two people. Never expires & redeemable at either location.

    *Sauna packages are not eligible for returns or refunds and can only be applied to individual sauna bookings, not events or special offerings.

The hottest gift of the season. Three options available to gift:

  • $70 Gift Card: Redeemable for a one hour sauna session for two people. Available as an electronic or physical gift card. Physical gift cards available in our online store here. Never expires & redeemable at either location.

  • $130 Gift Card: Redeemable for a one hour sauna session for four people. Available as an electronic or physical gift card. Physical gift cards available in our online store here. Never expires & redeemable at either location.

  • $260 Gift Card (physical card only): Pack of 4 sauna sessions for two people. This option can be purchased in our online store here. Never expires & redeemable at either location.
